Lampwork Beads

Images below show some of the lampworked beads I made this summer (2007). I still can't make two alike, but I'm having so much fun!

Blue "barrel bead" with silve foil. Blue bead with silver foil.

Turquoise, ivory and black oval bead. Turquoise, ivory and black oval bead.
Multicolor rectangular bead. "Kaleidoscope" bead.
Red, orange, ivory and clear bead, with mica inclusions. Clear glass over red, orange, and ivory core, with mica inclusions.
Seven square beads, copper-green and ivory. Square beads of copper-green and ivory glass.
Five black beads with colored dots. Beads with dots.
Three red beads with ivory dots and swirls. Red beads with ivory dots and swirls.
Two pink heart shaped beads with silver foil. Two pink hearts with silver foil.
Three turquoise and back swirled beads. Turquoise, black, and a touch of red, dots and swirls.
Nine beads with bumps. Beads with bumps!
Cream and yellow bead with black lines and dots. Tiger dots - almost worked.
Beads with zig zags and dots. Zig zags and dots.
Orange and yellow bead swith bumps around the edge. The large mandrel beads are for one of Kend's wind sculptures; the small ones just for fun.
Pastel blue and pink beads with silver foil. I love the way the silver foil looks like gold.
Two keychains made with lampworked beads. Two keychains or zipper pulls. The green one includes some mica, just for fun.
Luscious large bead of cranberry and turquoise glass with gold aventuring swirls. Pendant bead with cranberry and turqouise glass and gold aventurine swirls.

Five colorful beads. Five colorful beads (including one that's supposed to be a flower - can you find it?)
